The staff was very helpful. They accommodated all requests. The room was clean and included everything needed. Breakfast provided a good range of options, even with veggie sausages prepared on request. Its location was convenient for visiting family, and I plan to return.
The limited parking made it a bit difficult upon arrival.

the breakfast was alright, it had the standard options you'd expect.
My room was quite disappointing (i hope it's not always like this). i found the air conditioning quite noisy. also, the dinner was served on what was like a tiny cheeseboard. It was just too small to be practical, it was difficult to actually eat comfortably.

I found the hotel easy to locate. The room had effective lighting. Good quality towels were available in the bathroom. I also noticed a quick check-in process, with a helpful reminder to register the car for parking.

The staff presented themselves politely and well , and the check-in process was quick , including a reminder to register my car for parking , so it was a very efficient operation. One staff member was very kind with the children offering sweets.

The breakfast offered an excellent choice , and the tables were clean , so I felt everything was well maintained. The bar on site made having a drink accessible and added a nice , social touch to the hotel.

the reception was lovely. management was really good. don was very helpful.
the mattress is very hard and was uncomfortable so i could not sleep. my daughter said her bed was comfy though and that was a pullout sofa. light pours in through the bottom of the door to the corridor.
